Budget Planning and Financial Reporting
Is responsible for the preparation of the Annual Budget and reporting processes in terms of MFMA Compliance. The compilation of the Annual Financial Statements and attending to the external auditors
Revenue Management
Is responsible for the collection of income from all cashiering points, timeous and accurate billing of rates and services. Property rates management. Credit control and debt collection including indigent relief
Expenditure Management
Is responsible for the payment of creditors and suppliers and payroll administration
Supply Chain Management
Is responsible for the implementation of Supply Chain Management Regulations. The Supply Chain Management Processes of demand management, acquisition management, disposal management and contract administration
Asset Management
Is responsible for the safeguarding and insuring of all municipal assets
